Stress Reliever

This (http://www.candyboots.com/wwcards.html) has nothing to do with babies but looking at it made me feel a lot better after hours of Aiden crying. It was Dave's first day back to work today and I think Aiden missed him! He's sitting with Davey now looking pleased and cute. Maybe Dave'll have time to post a photo later...

Yeah, that didn't last very long. Now he's back to crying loudly. He's uncomfortable or something. 's probably that damn umbilical cord.

where's the indigestion post go? Anyways, here's what I was going to say on that topic:
In all seriousness to the digestion issues, watch out for Acid Reflux between weeks 2 and 3. Ben developed a pretty severe case of it. It's not uncommon, it used to be diagnosed as 'colic'. All babies have it, it's just a matter of if it bothers them enough to make them miserable. We couldn't lay him down for more than 5 minutes without him arching his back and wailing at us. After a trying week of Malox and sleeping upright, we're on to a prescription of Zantac. Little Ben seems to be much happier now.

Frank: We'll see about the Zantac. Although I was thinking hard about it last night. Maybe Christine just needs to adjust her diet a bit...

I'm with you on the acid reflux thing also. When we first got baby Cee home it seemed to help if we didn't lay her flat until 1/2 hour or so after eating. Maybe it was all hocus pocus but it certainly made us feel better! He could also have gas...we ended up giving Cee gas drops b/c her tummy would always get "hard" or firm after eating and I actually think they helped greatly! Although my kid is formula fed so we might be talking about a whole different ball game! Also, LOVE the newest pics-he is precious!!! Sue
