He loves trains! He loves letters! He loves his name! What could be better than trains that are letters and that spell his name? Actually, I know what would be better. If the surfaces of the letters were mirrors, Aizay could look at himself and he loves looking at his own image! In fact, if we let him look at pictures or videos of himself and then we take them away, he abjectly cries, "Aidaay! Aidaaay! Aidaaaay!"

Vertical Viands
Artist Aizay has forayed into the pop-art world, with his latest work "Vertical Viands". Using non-perishables "fresh" from the supermarket, he is making an observation about our consumerist society's blasé attitude towards excess and waste, and our lack of connection with the means used to produce our food. Although he admits he used pasta because he really likes it, especially with ketchup.

The proud artist turns to acknowledge his fans' pleas for autographs.

"Dats a aitch!"
Aizay is learning his letters. He can identify A, C, G, H, Y, and O more or less accurately. He's now learning B. He's been watching the DVD of They Might Be Giants' "Here Come the ABCs" pretty much since birth, and has always been instantly engrossed by it in a way no other show does. See below for a hard-to-understand audio demonstration of Aizay's letter-identification prowess. Note that he often appears to use pronouns and articles, as in "That's a 'H'!"
