Aizay sings the classics!

Watch for the debut of Aizay's myspace site for more samples of his music.

Elmo and octopus are getting off the schoolbus and walking on the "sighwalk" (the wide black border surrounding the glass of the coffeetable). I'd never heard him say sidewalk before.

He also tells knock-knock jokes. Here's a great one he told me yesterday:

Aizay: "Kna-knock"

Daddy: "Who's there?"

That's as far as his joke goes, but I'm sure he'll remember the punchline sometime soon.

Aizay is a well child

Aizay had his 2 year well child visit. He is officially completely normal. He is an exemplar of normal. Here's Aizay's stats (height & weight) in case anyone actually cares...These stats don't convey the fact that he is oddly proportioned. He still wears 18 month pants but he needs 2T shirts. The freakishly long Etler torso strikes again...

The cutest boy in the world

Dave likes to say that Aizay is the cutest and most beautiful boy in the world. I am not saying that he is not correct but I am saying that he is a little biased. How can he know for sure? I, personally, recuse myself from such judgements. I like to be a little more realistic.

Other moms would probably see the picture above and delete it automatically with no thought. And after they would say, in their haze of denial, "what picture?" I am posting it as proof that I recognize that my son has his ugly hobbit side. Dave will curse me, I know, but it is impossible for every parent to have the most beautiful child on Earth.
